Each VIP Tour Package includes:

⦁ Two-night hotel stay in double occupancy rooms (kids 3rd and 4th in the room at reduced pricing).
⦁ Tickets. Front Row Rugby Club members will have reserved seating in one block to maximize game time fun.
⦁ Welcome Reception. Socialize with fellow Old Glory Front Row Rugby Club members.
⦁ Coach Bus Transfer to the Stadiums. Get the party started early by traveling together from the hotel to the match.
⦁ Post-Match Socials. Front Row Rugby Club will meet and socialize with players and other local rugby enthusiasts.
⦁ Back Stage Pass for meet and greets with selected players (when available)

Traveling with Front Row Rugby Tours allowed me to simply enjoy the trip without having to worry about details. The trip had the added perk of socializing with both teams, coaches, owners, and even a couple of prominent New Orleans area dignitaries. I made new friends and saw old ones—surprisingly more than 30 old boys I had as college and club teammates, opponents, in some cases their spouses and a referee all when I played in New Orleans. Shelly had everything pre-arranged and took care of very detail- from the hotel reception, comfortable transit service to the stadium, a pre-game VIP gathering and post-game meet and greet party with players, their families, owners, and local dignitaries. I would recommend Front Row Rugby Tours to anyone interested in enjoying the weekend watching your favorite MLR team play when on the road. The tour provided opportunity to have fun, reconnect with old teammates and opponents, and make new friends with rugby enthusiasts from around the world.

Thanks to FRRT (Front Row Rugby Tours)! All our group’s accommodations in New Orleans were first class. Being an old prop, and veteran of numerous Bourbon Street adventures, I could've planned my own trip, but travelling with FRRT and the other great Old Glory DC fans was fantastic. It allowed me to relax, enjoy the match and effortlessly experience the trip, making new friends, letting Shelly expertly handle all the details and logistics. No fuss, no muss, and we all had a blast. We first met up the night before at a reception in the hotel. The day of the match, we were comfortably transported starting with tailgating with the Nola Gold Club. Attending the socials really made the trip, meeting our Old Glory players, meeting the other team’s players, their fans and families. Travelling with FRRT allowed us to connect with members of the rugby community from around the world. Go Old Glory!

One of the best parts of traveling with Front Row Rugby Tours, as opposed to on our own, was meeting and spending time with other dedicated Old Glory fans! It’s always a pleasure to hang out with other passionate rugby fans, but now we have our own ML home team to rally around. Another wonderful aspect of being part of the tour, was getting the chance to meet and share a beer with our own Old Glory players, coaching staff, and owners, AND the NOLA team! We watched both owners give speeches to the players and fans after the match, and it really made me excited for the future of this league. And our tour leader Shelly did a fantastic job choosing a great hotel near the fun, herding us cats to the NOLA stadium, and back to the bus afterwards! She even picked us up on the way to the MLR match – from a pub where we were watching the 6 Nations. Thank you, Shelly!!!

What are the package prices?

Package pricing will differ depending on the city. Anticipated package costs are as follows:

NOLA (Feb 7-9) – $500

Houston (Feb 21-23) – $360

San Antonio (Austin Herd) (Feb 28-March 1)- $360

San Diego (March 20-22, note after the match the bus will drop off at the airport)- $400

New England (April 17-19)- $400

NYC (May 8-9) – $475

Atlanta (May 16-17-1 night only)- $275

Toronto- (May 29-31) $360

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to join this event?

Travel is suitable for all rugby fans.

Can I specify the type of room (one bed or two or book a single room)?

Yes, you can select your room configuration, one KING bed or two separate beds. Single occupancy rooms are available at a surcharge (subject to availability).

Can I book multiple events all at once?

Yes. Packages are now OPEN to all away matches for the Washington Old Glory FrontRowRugbyClub members who book on a first come, first serve basis. You can PRE-REGISTER NOW by clicking on the event and securing your deposit. We hope the Washington Old Glory make the playoffs, and we will be supporting them all the way!

Do I need Travel Insurance?

We recommend purchasing travel insurance, to guard against unforeseen circumstances. Please see the following link for trip insurance.

What’s the refund policy?

Deposits and tickets are non-refundable. In the event the persons registered and paid can not make the trip, tour package purchases are transferable to persons.
